“Tie the Knot” (Wedding Day Only)

This package is designed for the bride that has made all the arrangements but would like a professional coordinator to carry out her plans on the final day. Services provided include:

• A planning meeting with the bride and groom
• Pre visit to ceremony and reception site
• Serve as facilitator and Point of Contact for your wedding staff and vendors
• Confirmation calls to the wedding professionals
• Customizing the Wedding Day Ceremony and Reception Schedule
• Provide list of responsibilities to wedding party (and hostesses if needed)
• Offer advice on trends, protocol, etiquette and decorating throughout
• Reviewing contracts
• Help to avoid any pitfalls and offer reasonable alternatives
• Coordinate Rehearsal, Ceremony and facilitate Reception
  

“Jump the Broom”

Designed for the creative Bride that wants to handle most of the planning herself, but would like the assistance of an expert to help her avoid costly mistakes. Services would include everything in the “Tie the Knot” package, plus:

• Assistance with creating and managing the Wedding Budget
• The referral of quality vendors and service providers
• Consultations as needed
• Two (2) site visits
• Etiquette and trends advice
• Wedding Day schedules
• Providing rehearsal and wedding day supervision and directing
• Serve as Facilitator and MC for the wedding reception (unless otherwise advised)
  

“Going to the Chapel”

Designed for the Bride and Groom with busy schedules, or who live out of town and do not have ample time to devote to the demands of wedding preparation. This comprehensive service includes everything in the Tie the Knot and Jump the Broom packages, as well as (but not limited to):

• Locating and recommending a unique wedding site, reception site and, rehearsal dinner (site if necessary)
• Serve as facilitator and Point of Contact for your wedding staff
• Creation of Wedding Timetable and Wedding Day schedule
• Assist with rehearsal dinner arrangements if necessary
• Help with arrangements for out of town guests
• Accompany you on site visits when necessary
• Help to avoid any pitfalls and offer reasonable alternatives, and “Wedding Day” coordination (This also covers a limited number of long distance calls made to out of town vendors and/or wedding party members)
